Why edit PDFs locally in your browser?
Most online PDF editors require you to upload your documents to a remote server for processing. This introduces serious privacy and security risks—especially for sensitive legal contracts, medical records, financial statements, or HR documents. Once your file leaves your device, you lose control over who can access it.
Our PDF Editor takes a fundamentally different approach. Using pdf.js for rendering and jspdf for export, every operation happens entirely within your browser's sandboxed memory. Text annotations, image overlays, form fields, signatures, and even the final PDF export are all computed locally on your CPU—never on a server.
What you can do
- Add Text Fields: Place editable text anywhere on your PDF. Choose font size, color, and background.
- Insert Images: Drag and drop photos, logos, or stamps onto any page. Resize and position freely.
- Draw & Sign: Use freehand drawing or the dedicated signature tool to sign documents digitally.
- Form Elements: Add checkboxes and dropdown menus for interactive PDF forms.
- Multi-Page Navigation: Edit complex documents with full page-by-page navigation and zoom controls.
